Newly remodelled and fairly clean place with patient staff in the morning at check-out. The rooms with a sweet view of the mountains and a nicely updated bathroom, for instance. The hotel of choice in Ashland.
Wi-Fi was crappy.

The staff was super friendly and efficient, always ready to help. The breakfast was simple but good, and parking was really convenient. I loved how walkable the area was, great to explore the charming surroundings easily! I especially appreciated the fitting amenities. Definitely a good basecamp for enjoying local attractions!

The location was perfect, just minutes from the theaters. Everyone found something they loved at breakfast, and the historic charm of the hotel added extra enjoyment to our trip.
In my wife's opinion, the rooms could be a bit more spacious for larger families. A few more options for accommodating extra beds would be ideal.
